Randall T Roundtree
I have worked at Callville Bay Resorts & Marina on Lake Mead for Forever Resorts since 1996. In respect to my love of both areas I have always worked to promote protection of the environment and ecology of the lakes. I have earned awards with the implementation of programs to protect and preserve the lakes and was proud to become the recipient of my Certified Marina Management License # 145 from the IMI organization.
I've always loved to fish and hunt as long as I can remember and I started tournament fishing for Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass in the mid '80s. I fished such events as B.A.S.S., FLW, ABA, W.O.N., Anglers Choice and Ultimate Bass clubs.
In 2010 Mike "Bump" Elliott and I won the Nevada Regional Angler of the Year for Ultimate Bass.
My lifetime goal has always been to become a fishing guide on Lake Powell and now that goal is becoming a reality. I am very passionate and extremely excited to realize this dream. I love to see people of all ages and walks of life catch fish and have a great time with family and friends. So if you just want to come out and relax and catch some fish and have fun, or you want to get serious like tournament style I feel we have the right team in place. "Best of the West Guide Service" is right for you.

I am captain Tom Pryor and I grew up in Moses Lake Washington. As a young man I worked as a ranch hand and guided people for deer and elk in the Cascade Mountains.
I moved to Arizona in 2003 and was introduced to tournament bass fishing and fished with several tournaments such as B.A.S.S., FLW, W.O.N., ABA, Anglers Choice and Ultimate B.A.S.S. I mainly fished these tournaments in the western states, I developed a great passion for bass fishing and decided I would like to make fishing my new career.
Over the last several years I've been building custom fishing rods for all different levels of fishermen from the beginning novice fisherman to the ultimate pro tournament fisherman and also build customized top of the line fly rods.
I believe Lake Powell is the most beautiful lake in the world and the fishing is great. So if you're into a relaxing day or longer of fishing and seeing some of the most majestic sights on Lake Powell I feel we have put together a great team to accommodate your needs here at "Best of the West Guide Service". Hope to see you soon.
